Toli Miherinas has been teaching group fitness and personal training in the fitness industry for over 25 years. He was an elite athlete specializing in 100m, 200m, and long jump. He has obtained the following certificates: ACSM Personal trainer, ICS Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, AFAA Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor, and STOTT Pilates trainer and instructor. He has a bachelor’s degree in Health & Wellness and has successfully trained individuals of all ages who have come to him with a spectrum of goals, ranging from competitive bodybuilding to maintaining health, fighting disease, chronic pain, and a variety of medical conditions. His passion lies in teaching individuals to replace unhealthy lifestyle habits with healthy ones. Toli views each client as an individual, with his or her own unique needs, which he strives to address in each Wellness training program. His approach to fitness is multifaceted, emphasizing personal awareness, proper body alignment, a muscle balance approach, mindfulness, and proper nutrition. He believes that teaching preventative care is key to living ones’ best life.
